To celebrate UCLA's 100 year anniversary, Attn: and UCLA hosted a one-day pop-up community classroom at the ROW DTLA to bring together the most inspiring people, ideas and art. Guests were able to join in the creation of an interactive community mural by Davia King, walk through the Knowledge Art Gallery, experience the Human Library and indulge in ice cream treats by Coolhaus.
The Art of Knowledge Gallery included photography by Stuart Palley and Jeff Frost as well as artwork by Plastic Jesus, Free Humanity and Kai.
Guests were also invited to attend fireside chats with keynote speakers George Takei (American actor, author, and activist), Ray Garcia (renowned DTLA chef), and Natasha Case (founder of Coolhaus). Topics covered were sustainability, culture and entrepreneurship.
